Who we are
We are an open civic initiative that emerged from the general public affected by the tragedy of December 21, 2023. Our group includes educators, students, and alumni of the Faculty of Arts at Charles University, along with some of the bereaved families of the victims.
The spokesperson for the initiative is David Vichnar, PhD, from the Department of Anglophone Literatures and Cultures at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University.
OUR GOAL
We aim for a genuine, not just formal, change in gun legislation, driven by the desire to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
HOW WE PLAN TO ACHIEVE THIS
We want to draw public attention to the process of gun legislation and convince political representatives of the need for effective changes in gun laws.
